We design, build and deploy digital systems — from web applications and custom software to IoT networks and AI-powered automation. Every build is open-source first, carbon-footprint estimated, and built to last beyond the engagement.
Our consulting arm bridges legal compliance, environmental mandates and business incubation — serving organisations that need expert guidance at every stage of their sustainability and growth journey. We speak the language of regulators, investors and communities.
We run market research, data science analysis, feasibility studies and rapid prototyping sprints — the same R&D process that powers HC’s own 14-venture pipeline. You get institutional-grade research without the institutional timeline or price tag.
Brand is the thing that makes people choose you when the product is the same. We build identities, create content, design impact reports, and produce video and 3D work — all with a verified sustainability narrative.
From design and creative copywriting to 3D, AR/VR and full pre-to-post video production — we create media that communicates complex sustainability narratives with clarity and visual power. Every piece is built to work across formats and platforms.
Our management capability spans product engineering and design (UI/UX), portfolio management, strategic direction, product and service lifecycle management and supply chain oversight — structured to give your team clarity on what to build, how to ship it, and how to scale it.
Our operations capability covers the full physical delivery chain — inventory, logistics, maintenance, quality inspection, manufacturing and packaging — all assessed through a sustainability lens. No other Indian growth agency packages operations this way. The ops data we collect feeds directly into your BRSR Scope 3 inventory.
About what AI actually costs the planet. About why your SEO is already broken. About what sustainable operations really means when auditors start looking. The questions that separate serious agencies from the rest.
Because “building with AI” has become the most overused and least defined claim in the agency market. In most cases it means: the agency uses ChatGPT to draft content, Midjourney to generate images, and perhaps a no-code automation tool to connect a few APIs. This is not AI capability — it is AI tool usage. The distinction matters because tool usage requires no architectural understanding, no model selection expertise, no fine-tuning or training capability, and no ability to build custom intelligent systems that are specific to your organisation’s data and workflows.
Genuine AI capability looks different. It means understanding which model type is appropriate for a given task (generative vs discriminative vs retrieval-augmented), being able to build custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines on your proprietary data, designing agentic workflows where multiple AI systems collaborate on multi-step tasks without human intervention, and — critically — measuring and reporting on the energy consumption and carbon footprint of the AI systems you build.
HC’s AI practice is built around the last point as a differentiator: we are one of very few agencies that discloses the environmental cost of the AI infrastructure we deploy and factors that cost into our sustainability recommendations for clients.
SEO is not obsolete — but it is now one part of a two-channel buyer discovery system, and the second channel is growing faster than anyone anticipated. Here is the data that should concern your SEO team: Google’s own market share in search dropped below 90% for the first time in over a decade in 2024. AI answer engines now handle an estimated 14–30% of informational search queries in B2B categories — meaning queries where a buyer is researching vendors, comparing options, or trying to understand a market. These are exactly the high-intent queries that your SEO investment has been optimised to capture.
The problem is that GEO (optimising for AI-generated answers) uses a completely different set of signals than traditional SEO. LLMs cite sources based on authority, citation frequency in their training corpus, structured data quality, and recency of publication — not keyword density or backlink profiles. A company with excellent Google rankings may have very low AI engine visibility because its content has not been optimised for LLM citation patterns.
HC’s position is not that you should abandon SEO. It is that any growth investment in 2026 that does not include GEO alongside SEO is leaving a significant and growing share of buyer discovery unaddressed.
